Refund Policy

Scope

This policy covers Arca membership subscriptions and lifetime plans purchased on arcagame.com. All payments and refunds are processed by PayPal and its payment network.

Cancellation

• Monthly/yearly members can cancel auto-renewal via PayPal from theaccount center.
• Benefits remain until the end of the current billing period.
• Canceling does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

Refunds

You may request a refund when (subject to PayPal and ArcaGame review):

• Within 14 days of first subscription with limited use of premium content/tools;
• Duplicate charges or technical failure preventing activation;
• Other cases required by applicable law.

Lifetime plans are generally non-refundable except as above. Heavily used benefits may be denied.

How to Apply

1. Emailsupport@arcagame.comfrom your purchase email with date and reason.
2. Or open a dispute from your PayPal transaction.
3. We reply within 3–5 business days; approved refunds typically return in 5–10 days.

Non-Refundable

• Accounts terminated fortermsviolations;
• Abuse of refund policy;
• Late requests without valid cause.
